Through the rise and falling apart, we discover who we are.

I just realized how long it's been since I actually posted an entry...  Sorry guys, I've been busy, and this week was especially long...

It started Saturday when I went to a friend's house to play some video games, watch some movies and play some poker.  My fiance was back in Michigan for her bridal shower, so I was basically free to do as I pleased.  Well, many drinks later, no movies had been watched and I was finally getting in bed at 5:30 am after about 14 hours of poker and a couple hours of gaming...  Of course, this all happened with the thought, "I can go to bed early tomorrow night."

Wrong!  My fiance was supposed to be home around 6:00 pm on Sunday, but there was a screw-up somewhere and instead she was booked on a flight for next weekend.  So, to make a long story short, she finally made it back into Baltimore at 3:30 am Monday and we finally got back home at 6:00 am.  Needless to say, I didn't go to work on Monday, but still only got about 5 hours of sleep.

Monday night: exhausted... too exhausted, I couldn't sleep well.  So yesterday and today were rough.  I kept nodding off today, and that's just not like me.  Anyway, I'm so glad this is one of my weeks when I have Friday off... I'm sleeping in tomorrow no matter what.
